Let’s find out more about Mark.
Employed at Comfort Systems for over a decade, Mark Bertha is one of the anchors on our team. He is not only a licensed plumber, he’s a master plumber which means he can install and repair equipment, apply for permits, negotiate contracts, and oversee large construction projects. From repair to new construction, Mark performs any and all residential and commercial plumbing tasks.
The best thing about working for Comfort Systems is the people I work with, and getting to know our repeat customers.
When he’s not underneath a kitchen sink, installing a sump pump, helping remodel a bathroom, fixing a water heater, or working on countless other projects, Mark enjoys spending time at the lake with his family and friends. As a little ice breaker, we asked him a few fun questions like, if he could only eat one meal for the rest of his life, what would it be? His reply would make any Midwesterner proud, “I would eat cowboy cut rib eye steak with french fries, salad, Texas Road House rolls, corn on the cob, grilled asparagus, and my mom’s cherry cheesecake,” he said.
Like many of our employees, Mark has worked with Comfort Systems for several years. We take good care of our people and our customers. Mark agrees, “People should choose Comfort Systems over other companies because of our highly experienced employees,” he said. “And our dedication to the customer.”
Recently, Mark received a glowing review from longtime customer, Marty Thurman: “Last night my hot water heater bit the dust on me. After having a new HVAC system replaced a few months ago by Comfort Systems, I knew they were the right company to call. Mark and Casey came out this morning and took care of the new heater in no time. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Good people.
